Description
Set of hardware for mounting the black rear dustcover hinge block to the chassis in the following Bang & Olufsen models:
Beogram 4000
Beogram 4002
Beogram 4004
Beogram 6000 (Type 55xx tangential only)
The set consists of two bushings with internal threading, two springs and two bolts.
These are direct replacements for original part numbers 2994012 (bushing), 2810066 (spring), 2042216 (bolt).
Manufactured by Danish Sound Parts.
Note: Some service manuals show the spring going under the Beogram chassis (between the bolts head and
the bottom of the Beogram chassis).
This is wrong!
The spring goes correctly on top of the chassis (inside the Beogram), as its function is to force up
the bushing (standing on the spring), when the bolt is losened, to ease fitting of the hinge block.
